The Rayfelmun Organization Committee ("we", "us", "our") is strictly committed to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all delegates, advisors, and guests. This Privacy Policy dictates the collection, processing, and strict safeguarding of your data.

By registering for and attending Rayfelmun, you grant the Organization Committee an irrevocable, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use, publish, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and audio captures featuring your likeness. These materials will be utilized for official after-movies, social media campaigns, and promotional archives. Requests for the removal of group footage cannot be accommodated.
We do not, and will never, sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Data is accessible solely by authorized Secretariat members. The only exception to this protocol is compliance with a formal legal request from Turkish law enforcement authorities or school administration (Ramazan Yaman Science High School) in the event of an emergency or disciplinary breach.
All sensitive personal data (including dietary restrictions, medical notes, and phone numbers) will be permanently purged from our databases within 90 days following the closing ceremony of the conference. Basic records (names and awards) are retained in our historical archives.
